A space to pause.
Psychotherapy and counselling in Singapore for expats, professionals and caregivers between chapters.
The space between one chapter and the next.
A holding space to reflect, regulate and realign, with no pressure to have it all figured out.

For people in the middle of change.
-
A new country, a new role and your support network an ocean away. Room to land, at your pace.
-
For when the role asks more of you than it gives back, and you are still expected to perform.
-
You look after everyone else. This hour is the one that looks after you.
-
A loss, a move, a relationship, a new chapter. You do not need to have it figured out.
First, we reflect.
Make sense of what is changing, without judgement.

Your first session
In person in Singapore, or online.

I work with expats, founders and frontline professionals through a relocation, a career change, or a role that asks more of you than it gives back.
Together, we make room to pause, find your footing, and come back to yourself.
